Signature dishes include Sliders, made with pulled pork, braised lamb, kobe beef and brioche buns; Pistachio Crusted Chilean Sea Bass, with saffron-infused whipped yukon potatoes, fava beans, toy box tomatoes and warm golden raisin vinaigrette; and Grilled Tenderloin of Beef and Lobster with sautéed slipper lobster, herbed gnocchi, wilted spinach, truffled madeira jus and chive oil.
